We keep every stage clear, so you always know what comes next. Eight steps carry your order from the first message to a loaded container. You approve a real sample before any bulk run.

Order process,
step by step

Confirm details

Reach us online or visit our Yiwu showroom and factory. We align on style, specs and quantity together.

Arrange logistics

Most clients ship through a freight forwarder in China. If you do not have one yet, we will help you find a reliable one.

Payment method

We accept TT wire transfer. Other methods are possible, but they carry extra platform fees.

Sign the contract

Once details are confirmed, we sign a contract. Full payment, including shipping, is due within one week.

Approve the rendering

We send digital renderings so you see the piece before we cut a mould. A full refund is available here, minus handling fees.

Approve the sample

We produce a sample and verify it with you by video or photo. Once approved, the product payment is non-refundable.

Production

Production takes one to forty-five days, depending on style and quantity. The timeline is written into your contract.

Handover to forwarder

We deliver to your forwarder as agreed in the contract. Your order is on its way.

After-sales
standards

We stand behind it

A problem after delivery? We deal with it together. Your brand standard is our standard, until it is resolved.

Transit damage

Damage in transit is not ours to cover. We will still help you hold the forwarder accountable.

Seven days to report

Found a defect? Send unboxing photos within seven days. We refund or replace it in your next shipment.

Reorders may vary

Reorders may vary slightly, from material batches, mould tolerance or colour. That is normal in manufacturing.
